Nicely furnished home short distance from community center. 2 Smart TVs located in master and living area, connect to the Internet/WiFi allows streaming of your favorite channels, like Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cook top, dishwasher, utensils, service for 8, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and much more. Also has a washer and dryer.
The space
Has a heated pool (Heating is extra $)) and has a large drive way to park sand-rails and ATVs
Guest access
They are able to use all parts of the house except gargage
Other things to note
SWIMMING POOL HEATING INFO:
- April to October, most guests find the pool warm enough such that additional heating is not needed.
- November to March a heated pool is more enjoyable. Your choice for additional fee not included in rental
- The cost to heat the pool is $80 USD (or pesos equivalent) a day paid in CASH.
- For heating to be effective, it needs to start a day before arrival.
- Example: You reserve 2 night / 3 days. Cost to heat will be $240 USD extra

If you make a same day reservation keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to get the pool comfortably warm.
